At SELFMINI, our God idols are hand-painted and carefully crafted, making each piece a time-intensive work of art. Due to this process, we follow the policy outlined below:

 

1. No Cancellations After Order Placement

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
Since our idols involve manual painting and preparation that begins immediately after order confirmation, we are unable to stop or reverse the process.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

 

2. Order Cancellation by SELFMINI (Full Refund)

If an order is cancelled from our side due to reasons such as material unavailability, quality concerns, or operational issues, the customer will receive a full refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: within 7 business days

 

3. Damaged or Broken Items (Replacement Only)

If you receive a product that is damaged or broken during transit, you are eligible for a replacement only.

• No refunds are provided for damaged items

• Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery

• Photo or video evidence of the damage is mandatory

• Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched

 

4. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for delivered orders once they are accepted, except in cases where the order is cancelled by SELFMINI before dispatch.

 

5. Replacement Processing

Approved replacements will be processed after verification and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, depending on availability and production schedules.
